Triumph & Disaster is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to join our team If you possess a passion for grooming, self-care, and premium quality products, we want to hear from you!

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Triumph & Disaster, you will:

• Engage with customers: Create an unparalleled shopping experience by providing personalised product recommendations and expert advice, leaving a lasting impression on our clientele.
• Perform daily operational tasks: Handle transactions, manage inventory, and keep the store organised and inviting.
• Assist with dispatching of our Online and Wholesale Orders.
• Efficiently and effectively handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback via various online channels

 

What we're looking for:

• Someone to own our Saturday retail, with the flexibility to pick up work over the holidays and/ or the busy period.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
• The right recruit will be fun, energetic and dependable. Someone that relishes taking responsibility, enjoys people, being part of a team and working with a motivated group.

This is an key role in our business and one that will keep you busy within a focused and fun environment based out of our Flagship Store in Three Lamps, Ponsonby.
